Hi All, I am looking for Salesforce Administrator/Developer Role. I have 2.5 years in Salesforce administrator role L1 and L2 support based. I hold 3 Salesforce certification like PD1, Administrator, Advanced Administrator. Currently working in HCLTech Madurai. Searching for jobs outside your referrals and guidance are appreciated. But I am still getting 4.5LPA anyone help me to get better package. As per current market standards Salesforce administrator with 3 years can get 8-12LPA.

Now I'm only going through Trailhead, YouTube playlist videos and practicing hands on in my free personal org. Are these enough to crack interviews or not? I don't have real-time project experience.
