Why are you not enjoying the role?
And No. it’s not bad to leave after 6 months as long as you can justify the reason in the interview for the next job
The job market is really hot right now so that also works to your advantage

Makes sense OP but I think you need to come up with a better answer than WLB when applying for the next job. You might need to think about better reasons for the interviewer for your next role
Depends how your 5+ YOE looks imo. If it was 1 big 4 and then this boutique you have nothing to worry about.
The more moves you’ve had, the more compelling your reason for moving needs to be. If you’ve moved 3 times in your 5/6 years, and now after 6 months are looking again, that’s going to be a red flag for employers.
Job market is indeed very hot, so I would look regardless. Companies are desperate and will value skills over (almost) everything.
Not at all.. market is very hot at the moment, I would look to move on..
Out of interest where did you move to?
Prefer not to say sorry - my boutique I moved to is small and it may be easy to figure out my identity
