I hold 3 Salesforce certification like PD1, Administrator, Advanced Administrator. Currently working in HCLTech Madurai. Searching for jobs outside your referrals and guidance are appreciated. But I am still getting 4.5LPA anyone help me to get better package. As per current market standards Salesforce administrator with 3 years can get 8-12LPA.
