My Senior Manager quit on us a couple of months ago, now my manager just did as well yesterday.

I'm in a small firm, where there is no one with tenure anymore. The new Senior Manager just started and does not know the clients either.

Last busy season was hell because we were short staffed (only 3 of us), and I fear that next one will be even worse because we are in a market where we do not have a ton of people we could hire.

This feels like a new job and I'm not liking it at all.

Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .

There was no documents section under my profile in tcs I begin portal. One of HR confirmed that they are creating new EP id for me

My manager says they will retain me by providing the same offer what I got in Infosys, i have put my resignation and my manager is calling me on weekly basis and saying that he is talking with senior leadership. There are bugs in project but none of them are assigned to me. I had attended all the bug review meetings. Will it be a wise move to ask manager to assign me some bugs? Or should i just wait
