So i am uploading the PG receipt for current address. And adhar card and other government IDs for permanent address. Also I have attached the affidavit as mentioned.

But the system is sending mail the affidavit should be govt notarized!!

Do we really need to govt notarized or any other way for submitting the address proof.please suggest
