Hello Guys KPMG , KPMG India I recently interviewwith KPMG pune for KGS and haven't heard back from them since 2-3 weeks. I have tried calling the HR, emailing them, following up on the email etc etc. But no response. Is this normal for KPMG?

Hi All,
During Bosch HR round, I've conveyed my salary expectations. The HR for once, didn't argue the figure quoted. Instead just said, that the offer would be released post approval from business head.

Now, I've filled in firststeps portal details as well. When should I expect the offer to be released? And how frequently should i follow up with the recruiter?
Also, does not countering my demands of requisite salary mean that they'll provide the figure I've asked for?. Kindly suggest.

What types of work accommodations can help people with ADHD? I am starting to believe 35+ of having not managed my ADHD has really negatively impacted me in career growth etc. I'm realizing a lot of things about myself are because of the ADHD. I want better for myself and family but 1. I don't enjoy the same things forever 2. Imposter syndrome and RSD make me believe it's acceptable to start over in new places at low salaries. 3. Would anyone recommend or share a side hustle that would complement a banker’s 8-5 M-F schedule? As of now, I do an hour DoorDash before work and after work I do DoorDash and Instacart for a couple hours. Prosecution is considering charging the parents of the student that committed the school shooting in Michigan. The parents just bought the gun and if the parents were negligent in storing / locking up the gun I think this is a very reasonable move.

I don't think parents are responsible when the school shooter gets the weapons outside of the house or when the parents have made a minimum effort to secure their weapons. But the school had just met with them on son's behavior too.
