I am working in IBM Software Lab (Product unit of IBM) and recently selected in SBI as Deputy Manager.

Currently I have in hand salary of 2.15 Lakh per month and in SBI I will get 1 Lakh per Month excluding Lease accomodation of 40K. Is it worth to Join SBI.

I have selected in IT unit of SBI and have 11 yeo. Will it worth to leave IBM Software Lab.

Any Hr people out there..my wife is going through a harassment case against her boss. He is retaliating against her and other staff. On going for years. Most recently she had to take a leave of absence. There is a formal investigation into him. What is the timeline this should take ? And should he be allowed to have 1on1 talks with other staff members?. He is in damage control now trying to buy everyone lunch and doing his own PR tour. Month into investig doesn't seem like much has happend yet.

Got a verbal offer from Grant Thornton. The recruiter told me that they would get the paperwork over by Thursday or Friday. I mentioned that I am strongly considering the firm however I have other companies that I am also considering so I will be making my decision based on that. The recruiter then mentioned that I’ll likely have 3 days to respond after the offer is given. Is this normal? What should I do? Can I ask for an extension?

After asking for docs , how much days it will take in cognizant for further process ?
