Hi all,
I completed all my interview rounds on 25th April. Only the HR round was pending, but I got a call saying that I was selected from their side.

At that time, I had 2 internship offers, but since I received this confirmation, I declined those opportunities.

Now it has been almost 3 months without any further update. As a fresher, it’s quite difficult to find another offer.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Could anyone confirm if HR usually calls later or what I should expect next?

7+ YOE - 3 in tech support role (after BE) and 4+ in BA & PM role (after MBA). Worked on RPA and process improvement projects for 2 yrs. Currently working on internal tool implementation projects - PMO, UAT, change strategy, etc.

I want to switch to a product company in a PM/TPM role, and I am planning to learn something new which has a great future scope, pays well, and aligns with my profile. Any recommendation would really help me take a right call.
