Hi all i got a offer from HCL and product based organization(got yesterday), i have my doj on 2nd june, should i inform HCL about this via email that i wont be able to join them.
As it is a very short notice will they blacklist my profile. Hcl people are following up about status i am saying i will join them till i recvied the offer letter from other firm.
I am having small panic attacks beacuse of this.
