Hi all, I got an offer from TCS. During HR discussions, I mentioned 60 days notice, but now my current company isn’t allowing buyout due to project dependencies.

Can TCS allow 90 days notice? Should I just enter 90 days while accepting the offer in the portal, or inform HR first? Will they reach out if I update it directly?

Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.

I got an offer with TCS and initially selected joining date as Jan 2.. but current org released me in 1 month instead of 3 months.. I asked TCS HR and others for early Onboarding but they didn't respond well..

After that I got one offer and joined immediately. But now I don't like to work here as I have to go to office all 5 days mandatorily, also role is slightly new to me.

I had Technical and Managerial discussion with TCS on 2 sept. I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. Any idea if they will be sending an offer?

In ibegin the date of joining is showing as dec4th sunday. Actual date of joining is 5th December (Monday) anyone know why it is showing like this .

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.

However I still have not received confirmation on your salary yet. This will take some time. Will respond back to you as and when there is an update pls. Ibegin status -Evaluation is in progress. Please suggest if this is normal practice for TCS ? Will they proceed further? Tata Consultancy Accenture
