I had given 1st round technical round and after that I received a mail that I have cleared my Technical round and then submitted the CIS form. Today I had HR discussion and now HR is saying that we will have one more round. What is it going to be Technical or Managerial? Is this normal that after HR round now they are scheduling 2nd round? Please let me know your view on this will be really helpful.

Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. Part of me want to go into management, another part is saying go get your RN, and the other is saying go into Social Work. I’m all over the place. Any ideas? If we are in the red zone and failed both the sme interviews is what it meant performance exit or we will still be considered for an FTE? I have heard that people with both the sme failures are still pulled in the projects and are full time! Should we be in a hope or look out for other jobs?
