What salary is offered in SAP LAB for SAP ABAP with BTP skill with 8+ yrs exp?

$325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path. Love the intellectual variety, smart colleagues, flexibility (WFH has let me take occasional 2-3h windows during the day for personal activities) - can’t take the stress anymore. Are WFH industry roles at the $300-500k TC level really that much less stressful?

Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. Looking to choose a place to fly out of for getting my PPL. Would you recommend a program based out of a controlled or uncontrolled airport?
