Hi all, I have 6 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer at FactSet and recently cleared 2 rounds at ThoughtWorks for a Senior ML Engineer role. I noticed some Glassdoor reviews mentioning delays in joining dates and profiles being put on hold even after candidates resign. How true is this? Also, how is the onboarding experience at TW? They have offered around a 40% hike. Any insights would be helpful. Thanks!

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ?
