I have offer from Infosys (Consultant)
10 fixed + 1.8 variable + 1.25 joining bonus

And Cognizant ( Associate)
12.5 fixed + 50k variable + 2 joining bonus

Which one is best for growth

I'm picking the first one as Cognizant is giving me a lesser role. I think with my experience it should be Senior Associate.

Let me know your views.
