Hi All, I have a query since a long time regarding salary.

I have always noticed a difference in amount between my package and salary per month. For example if my package is 997000 then my monthly should fall somewhere 83000 + 20000 (night shift allowance) = 1,03,000 per month however after deducting EPF (3300) it comes around 99k, But the amount I receive is 96k (a difference of 3k ALWAYS) - cross checked this many times with my salary slip but no deductions nothing is there apart from EPF.

Increasing CTCs in india is the single greatest hindrance from becoming a 5trillion economy. Opportunity cost to leave the job and start something of your own is widening. Further are these salaries even sustainable. Revenue of companies hasn't kept pace with compensation increase in india and it's a bubble which is soon going to burst. I'd think twice before accepting the offer in excess of 50% hike

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
