Below is offer beak up
Base : 45.5 L + 4.5 L( Performance bonus )
Sign on Bonus: 8 L splitted to two years
RSU : $ 60000 for 3 Years.
YoE : M.Tech+9 Years

Roughly this comes at ~70 LPA

Current Base - 41LPA
TC ~ 50 LPA

I wanted to know is this the best they can offer for the G10 Hardware role, because i heard 100k Joining RSU offered for some G10 hires and how good is performance evaluation and stock

I already have the SHRM-SCP. . would it be a value add to go for the SPHR as well?

Hey folks, need some help with PF details.

Let's say a person join a company X and then switches to Y after few years. Again switches to company Z after few months. Now the thing is both the previous employers provided Pf but the new company Z which is still growing doesn't have a pf contribution since it is starting out in india. What would happen to existing PF accounts if not withdrawn , will it earn interest? What would i need to do as an employee? Any timelines to follow?

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.
