I have accepted the offer but, I have got another offer recently of CTC 34L ( 22.5L fixed+ 1L retirals, 4.5 bonus, RSUs 5.7L)

I am still willing to join MS as I loved the work which they mentioned and the tech. Will Morgan Stanley be able to revisit my fixed part as they don't give RSUs or decent bonus?

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

I have an offer from @Morgan Stanley for 36 lpa.. 8 years, Java backend developer.. I am also about to have a managerial round with Mercedez Benz and Zscaler.. Morgan Stanley they said I initially I will have to work on existing applications and later move on to microservices project.. Both Benz and Zscaler are working on good tech stack.. Are any of these worth considering if they match what Morgan Stanley is offering?
