I have got another offer of 18 LPA but it is in progress so I don’t have the offer later

My last working day is just one week from now
Will there be any possibility of counter offer from Accenture if I discuss with HR?
How can I make the best out of the situation if I want to join Accenture

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

@LTIMindtree is offering me onsite opportunity but asking me to work in India 6 months before they actually send me on-site. Is that how it goes ? Also what would be the salary in this case? If anyone has idea it would be great.
