LinkedIn is a garbage app where I can’t even post my opinion or experience because it will go against the mainstream ideologies. I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. My other job is in Mental Health has a flat rate with no chance to request a raise, turns out I'm not required to work the full 20hrs/Week meaning that when there's no work to complete I won't be getting paid. Change my mind: the talk around things shifting to a 'new normal' is overblown. Society's collective conscience is too short-term to enact massive changes to things we are comfortable (e.g., global warming). Yes, it will take awhile for offices to open back up, flights to be full, etc., but within 1-2 years things willbe mostly back to what they are like now and this massive structural shift will have never materialized.
