I have got Virtusa contract offer through a third party payroll People Prime Worldwide. Virtusa HR told they have max contract period of 6months, after which I would be made permanent payroll of Virtusa.
Can anyone tell if Virtusa definitely converts to full time after 6 months or they continue with third party payroll of People Prime Worldwide itself?!

Typical non-equity partner salary? Include law firm size pls.

I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?
