I have offers from HighRadius Technologies Technologies and EPAM Systems for software engineer role.

EPAM Systems - golmansachs client, might be 5 days wfo, heard WLB is bad in goldman sachs

Both paying similar salary.
I heard people saying not to join the company in both the company bowls.

Hearing this I am thinking to switch after a year.

Can anyone suggest which company might be better and the reasons?
