I have received an offer from LTIM for 9.5 LPA in which they have mentioned monthly basic salary as 23k and BoB as 43k, I wanted to check if there is any scope to increase the basic pay and reduce the BOB as the hike is calculated on basis of basic salary ( I am not completely sure of this ) so seeking for an opinion whoever is having an idea about it.
