Hi all, I have recently received Deloitte offer letter and my doj is 26th May. I am currently negotiating with my current company in order to reduce my notice period to the starting of May month. if not is it possible for Deloitte to extend the doj by 2 weeks? Also will that have affect on the offer letter?

1. Global projects are available here
2. They've started mentioning Bonus, Gratuity amount etc in offer letter
3. Work life balance depends on Project and managers you work with
4. Inside opportunities if you're the creamy layer
5. PF amount in offer letter is the total deduction and not just company's contri

So I chose an offer for Deloitte India over Infosys as a Node.js developer. Joining next week. But most of the time when people praise Deloitte they mean USI so I have been of two minds and wondering if I made the right decision.
