Is IT facing recession in India ??
I just got an offer from EY in London but considering based on what the maternity policy is which doesn’t seem to be spelt out in contract or benefits pdf. Does anyone know a) if there’s a minimum employment period to qualify and b) what the enhanced maternity pay is. I’ve read both 16 weeks and 18 weeks.

I would ask your RE - mine specifically recommended for me to wait until we got through FET transfer and result (and if positive additional time) before doing booster. Taking one more variable out of the equation since I’ve had Covid before.

Mine told me to do it a month or more before the transfer and not in the first trimester if possible.

Take the booster ASAP. Every day you are not boosted is a day you are vulnerable to the virus’ harsher symptoms with only 2 vaccines. Also, if you test positive at any point during your procedures, your whole schedule will be delayed by the clinic. My RE said just don’t get a vaccine in early pregnancy.

My RE recommended two months before transfer, in the event of any inflammation
I did mine post-retrieval, pre FET. Transfer then occurred about four weeks post booster.
It was possible for me - I asked my RE when I should get it and they said ASAP. It just so happened that it became available right before retrieval - like a week or two pre-retrieval - (while I was doing stims) so I figured I'd wait til post retrieval, and then got it as soon as I was feeling up for it (had moderate OHSS so wasn't racing out the door for anything) and could get an appointment.
