Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. Advice: my firm incentivized associates to get licensed in fed courts - 4 fed courts for a 5k raise. They also covered the admission fee. Considering this even though if i have less knowlege and if i perform a decent interview process will i get offers at the last moment?Is the offers during the late notice is given based on as he can join early even his performance is average during interview. Pls share

- amdocs in process (current location)

Bnp seems more flexible with wfh option .10days offc and rest wfh.

I am working as a backend developer with 8+ years of experience in .Net. Can someone please suggest any hands on courses for cloud technologies.P.S.- I do not have any exposure to cloud technologies.
