I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

You can’t live on $70k in the Bay, it’s almost poverty wage for there
Going to say you need at least $120K for the Bay area. They lowballing you because your out of state.
Depends on what “plus bonuses” means, but it doesn’t look like a good deal.
I would also factor in the cost of living out there. If It equates to what you’re currently paying, then by all means it would be worth it. if not I would reconsider.
You have to make more than like $120,000/year to not be considered below the poverty line in San Francisco. The cost of living is out of the stratosphere.
Do you have to move to San Francisco?
Would be moving to the greater Bay Area but yes.
