This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? Thoughts in general?

What’s the consensus on tattoos in the insurance workplace? I’m in leadership and considering exploring my options due to recent personnel changes. I work remote and have arm sleeves, and any time I would be in-person I’d of course wear a long sleeve shirt to be professional, but worry about a cuff rolling up and tattoos being somewhat visible. I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

Hello, does anyone work as an auto underwriter for insurance? I recently got accepted for an internal job position and was offered $50k. I’m currently a claim processor making $20/hour so the offer is more than what i’m making but is low in comparison to the average salary for an auto underwriter in AZ (which is around $58k). I believe because the company knows how much i’m making they lowballed me. Any tips on how to navigate the salary negotiation and can u share ur salary ?
