I joined HCL in july 2021 and completed more than one year. Currently I am serving notice period as I put my resignation in September 2022 & my last working day is 7th December. Can anyone help me whether I will get my variable pay or not of my last year?

Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?

I see there are people with roles such as Consultant and Sr.Consultant with the same experience as mine.
I regret now that I haven't asked for Consultant role.
