Need your advice. Got HR call for salary discussion they are ready to offer 8.25 lpa + 1L joining bonus .
Is it good offer or should I reject for 2.5 years of experience?

When (if ever) did you start seeing your drill instructor as a real person who felt compassion for the recruits?

It’s now been about a month since I cold applied to all big 4 firms for upcoming winter internships. I’ve tried reaching out to some of the recruiters in the area I applied for but no response. Is this white flag territory or is there still hope? And if it’s the ladder is there anything I can do to speed up the process or is it just a waiting game.

Did your firm’s leadership send a message re the horrific shooting? Before I lateraled we always got emails from leadership, which IMO were very humanizing and appreciated. New firm leadership seems to just avoid — probably to not appear politically involved. Your thoughts on these types of current events and firm acknowledgment?

Tax - can I remain on the manager level permanently? Do they start to give below rating year on year since you are an experienced manager now and it was expected out of you so measuring against new managers/peers would be difficult?

Is it good to switch to IT sector since I had completed my journey 4.3 years of experience in mechanical sector with 4.7 lakh CTC
