I joined IQVIA in August 2023 and have now completed 1 year and 6 months with the organization. I am currently at Grade 140.
I would like to understand the status of my annual hike, as I have not received any hike so far, while I am aware that others have received theirs. Additionally, I have not had a 1:1 discussion with my manager regarding hike or career progression.
Could you please help clarify:
Whether employees at Grade 140 are eligible for an annual hike?

What is an ideal package for a Senior analyst in investment banking (merger and Acquisition) in India with 4.0 years of experience?

What is the Expected Salary for 12 yoe Java aws developer?

Can anyone speak to how the hours/WLB (or lack thereof) compare between B4 and Big Law?

Currently in Interview process with EPAM Systems in Canada for Performance analyst role ( Performance testing / engineering ) and also Test Automation role. Anybody here who gave interview for senior business analyst role in IQVIA?

Iqvia was famous to give single digit (4-5%) increment. Is it still the same case? Or things have improved to 12-14%? Based on performance and other factors for sure.

Can we do 3-4 days WFH from outside India? Any legal/HR compliance? Anyone did that?

Currently having 12.36lacs CTC, YOE 8, Business analyst skill, other skills power Bi, SQl, SAP Hana, before 1st round informed recruiter expected CTC as 20lacs not aware BOnus included in IQVIA.

Now that i have submitted all the docs, waiting for HR discussion. My expectation is now 25lacs fixed. Can i say this now to HR when they call?
