Hi All, I need help, I am stuck in a very bad situation here at Accenture. I have been onboarded successfully but due to their fault between recruiter and onboarding teams it is showing "No show" and all my access is removed and i am showing up as "former employee" from the next day. I have added the teams in mail chain but no concrete resolution as saying standard time to resolve this issue is 90 days. I have left other offers and joined here, my salary is kept on hold I will be unproductive.

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII.
