I need your valuable suggestions on some concern.
One of my brothers is working in vishal mega mart as store manager.. but it's been more than 14 years. And his salary is still not up to the mark..I mean hardly he reached 10LPA and He has lots of commitment for the family. He has done MBA in retail...and the environment of these retail store is worst.. forget the Work life balance, they Even don't talk in a good way.
Is there any scope in IT field any profile which ask MBA.

I’m maxing out the 6th year for H1b and my I-140 just got approved. 1 month ago, my employer has filed a h1b extension but it is based on the approved PERM instead of the 140, and only asked for one-year extension. In that case, after 6 months (180 days i140 rule to avoid employer’s revoke), will I be able to switch employers even though the renewed H1b gonna expire soon at that time?

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?
