I noticed my offer letter does not have a joining date and base location mentioned in it. Is it fine? Also, I have to upload a few documents before joining the portal, where it says "pass book." Right now I’m a data analyst with TSQL/PLSQL/MySQL experience. I have experience writing complex queries/views/stored procedures/etc. I have intermediate excel skills and have dabbled in Power BI. I also taught myself PowerAutomate and now am automating my weekly/monthly tasks. My question is what will make me more marketable as a data analyst? Will getting my certificate in PowerBI help? What is a good ETL tool to learn?

The buyout is projecting 8.9x cash on cash returns and IRR of ~53%. Entry valuation $5M (3.2x ARR), expected exit valuation $24.8M (5x ARR). Currently 38% ebitda margin, forecasted 55% in exit year - 5 year holding period

The minimum is $50k. Is it dumb to spin up an SPV with a few friends to invest in this? I know the GP of the acquiring firm.
