CCTC : 8LPA
YOE :3.6

Offers in Hand:
Standard Chartered - 12 Fixed + 1.2 Variable
Bank of America - 11LPA Fixed (HR is negotiating hard+ No variable component)
NPST - 10 Fixed, No variable
Infosys - 10LPA

I'm confused now, i have only 10 days left in my Notice period.

Can you help me with some suggestions and what to pick and what not to?

Going on 1.5 yoe and still learning how to organize and deliver customer-centric features at a bank. I’m feeling overwhelmed and eternally behind when it comes to scoping intent and managing timelines. In fact, I have not gotten a timeline together yet because I am still determining features required. I am having trouble detecting features required because I do not know customer preferences, and I don’t know customer preferences because I have only industry data. Does PM always few so chaotic?

Who is still in denial about a housing correction? The Fed just made another .75% increase. Powell said they won’t stop until inflation is 2%. He also said a recession would be better than the consequences of unchecked inflation. He announced he will bring rates to a “restrictive level” until “the job is done”. He said that labor demand needs to soften (ie: layoffs). He very explicitly said he wants to slash demand and that housing needs a “correction”.
