So I’ve been with a court for a while and honestly the pay sucks compared to what paralegals should be making… the benefits are great though and they match my retirement 100% now that I’m vested at 3 years.I have 4 kids and 1 is getting ready for college. Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
