Hi All, Is it mandatory to maintain 5 hours a day in the office. Will it create any issues if we stay in the office for only 4 hours a day but maintaining 8 days a month?

Currently working in SEO at a good sized and reputable agency, but looking to get out or transition into more of a general strategy or data focused role. Keep running into roadblocks because all of my roles have been so SEO specific. Has anyone made this kind of move before or does anyone have advice about how to go about this?
