I've got screened for a role in a company. I was contacted and also been shared interview schedule which later was unattended coz of their busy schedule itseems. I get calls over to know my availability, after I say 'yes' , I'll not be contacted again. The next month I get the same call again and no response after I positively respond and even after followup mails and calls to them. It's been 2 months now. I'm so much interested in that role. What do u think is happening, I'm so confused

Any ex-Amazonians product managers who moved to Google? How did you find the move 1) from an innovation and learning perspective and 2) is the company’s culture better? I.e expectations and recognition.

Currently have SPG card right now and thinking about getting CSR. I got plat status and use the card everywhere, but I feel like the points for things besides hotels are lacking - thoughts?

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.

So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
