After the final interview, HR reached out and said they would like to extend an offer. HR gave a ball park of 135k - 145k base with about 15k in sign-on equity and 20k annual bonus.

After a couple of days, HR person came back with with 125k base and 20k annual bonus. No sign-on equity anymore. What should I do given that these numbers seem way lower than the initial range provided? HR claimed it’s because of “market conditions”.

Who is still having issues? Mine currently
1) Wrong lifetime night count (wrong on one and zero on other)
2) Missing reservations
3) Missing past stays
4) Discrepancy between website and mobile app

2 weeks in an my night and points are all fucked up.. come on Accenture get your data migration workstream together

SPG app updated for me but not combination

Looks like Green Choice got devalued by staying at 500 pts/night. A small factor, but kind of disappointing.
