Hi All,

Just wanted to share my HCL interview experience with you all.

Got a call from HR that there is a requirement and an interview can be scheduled on 19th April (Saturday) if i am interested. They asked for notice period i told them 90 days. On Saturday, After the round 1 was done, got a call from HR in next 5 minutes that i have cleared round 1 and round 2 will be at 4 pm.

It was basically managerial round, informed him about my notice period, roles, responsibilities, expected ctc.

I have seen these a lot in hcl, they don't consider ppl with 90 days np at all.
Hipocracy at its peak is, they do have 90 days np and are not willing to release employees earlier.

If I was you I won't wait for hcl and look for opportunities elsewhere

Exactly! Companies having 90 days NP have no right asking for immediate joiners.

Continued -
After that, next day HR round was scheduled. Verbal offer was discussed and everything was done.

Called HR after 2 days, she said we are waiting for the approvals. It will take some time. After 2 days got a call that i have received 2 approvals and a screenshot call has been scheduled where they would take my picture and offer letter will be released the next day.

No update and had to follow up with HR after few days, she said the portal is down by tomorrow she can release. Followed up again after 2 days and received same response.

Then i called her after a week and asked her what is the issue. She said 90 days notice period is a concern for us. I had already informed them about my notice period before even the first round was scheduled. And this happened at the very last moment.

DO YOU JUST ASSUME THE COST OF YOUR MARKETING ACTIVITIES? I am looking to allocate their cost in the marketing budget in a way that won't rely on several layers of assumptions. How do you reliably estimate the cost of different marketing activities (email, social, web, etc) when you don't have specific people or tools allocated to each function and costs are spread across many channels? Ads seems the easiest, but even then there's time and overheads... I've been looking for a reliable model.

Hey fishes, urgent help....

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.

Since 6 months I am mailing them asking for clearance but they didn't gave, now HR has also left the company, Please help what to do ..
