I think a Masters looks better for management roles.
Depends. Are you interested in staying local to your community and working at a smaller firm (100-1000 employees)? If so, a PHR certification is probably better. If you’re interested in working at a Fortune 500 firm, the MHR will open more doors.
Go for a master's if you want to pursue leadership/management roles. If you are more interested in smaller companies, then go for PHR.
I think PHR tends to be more practical personally
