Hello! I just passed the patent bar a couple of months ago so I'm applying to my first patent agent roles. However, I only have a masters in law, not a JD, so I have no summer associate experience, and every position wants experience first. How do you manage constant change in the sales process at a startup that should know better? I’ve been here for 6 months and up until October I was overachieving quota consistently and felt confident about my progression. Recently, mgmt made changes to what leads we can work & quota seems very out of reach. I‘ve tried to stay positive and work twice as much to show all the effort is there but I’m still worried. How can I communicate to my manager w/out seeming like I’m just bitching?

26M, 4 YOE in consulting (non MBB focused on digital strategy) > startup that didn’t do great for 6 months > took an internship for 6 months at an emerging growth equity firm investing in companies similar to my own > current role.

Is 5.2 lacs good for 3 yoe?

Would you recommend any specific schools or master programs? I’m in Tampa, FL but I know most programs are remote these days. :)

At my company we are going fully remote and we are trying to determine what “remote working best practices” we can enable for our employees.

For example we have toyed around with the idea of “no zoom meetings unless absolutely necessary. Otherwise all communication is to take place over email/Instant Message.
