It’s in a new mid-rise building with highend features. 2 floors — 4 bed, 3 bath, heated/cooled garage, laundry rm, chef kitchen, 30x38 private outdoor terrace. Rent around $1.8-$2.2k per room.

For context I’m 27 male. Ideally looking to find a group of 3 to sublet it — would be cool to live with other people interested in startups + an active lifestyle. Otherwise open to a full rent out. Flexible terms.

How do firms calculate how much parental leave to provide, either paid or unpaid. Or do they just pick a number, like “yeah they can get to know their kid in a few weeks and I couldn’t possibly have that attorney out for 12 weeks?” I’m at a small firm, no FMLA or state requirement.
