Fig day: salad with frisee and greens, candied local hazelnuts, crispy Serrano ham, xo sherry vinaigrette, black pepper, local pears, and crostini with local mission figs, honey , caramelized shallots, and a goat cheese sauce. Second plate is a fig cappellacci (filling is goat cheese, figs poached with balsamic and thyme) with more crispy Serrano, pecorino, thyme, and 10yr aged balsamic, plus more goat cheese sauce.

I applied for a Manager role. It is available for the 3rd time in almost 2 years. My 2nd interview with GM, AGM, and HRD started with them unanimously agreeing on my ability to do the job at a high level. They didn’t hire me because I wasn’t “an HR Cheerleader” and said I was more suitable for a “real HR Manage role”…. They then opened another specialist job and encouraged me to apply. Any insight on what to make of this?

Looking for recruiting firms to help me find my next project / program management role.

Struggling to determine which firms can help with PM roles AND I'm struggling to get the ones I do find to respond to me. It may have something to do where I'm at in my career - 15+ years of PM experience & director-level roles at my last 2 companies - so more exec level but not quite C-Suite. Have tons of one-off recruiters hitting me up on LinkedIn about contract PM roles but that's not what I want.
