Hi all, Management Trainee(MT) profiles in genpact are mostly entry level If I am someone with 2 years of experience being hired for a MT role will the company be able to give me 10LPA if I can justify it well? Genpact Also, I have previously applied to roles at Genpact and was not shortlisted for the interview
