I work in a small office of a bigger firm. Most attorneys in this office work in the office but I REALLY want to work from home even if it’s one or two days per week. I’m new-ish and I know the managing partner of this office likes being in office. Is it a bad idea to ask? And if not, how do I do it?????

What's the inhand salary calculation for below 2 offers(after tax)

1. 34 LPA fixed pay ( both employer and employee PF included) 12% of Basic. Total 3.2 LPA in PF deduction.

I have been offered supply chain advisory consultant role at IBM. Fixed CTC: 32.5 lakhs.
I have 4.5 years of experience and MBA from IIM Indore. Current CTC in an Indian MNC is 27.8 with 24.8 as fixed.
Should I take up offer from IBM as yearly increments and variable pay would be negligible?

I have got an offer from LTI, They gave me what I asked, but it has variable portion which I didn't realise that time. Now I have another offer which is 20% higher than what LTI offered me. So I am thinking whether I need to discuss for counter them to match with the offer which I have in hand? Please advise.
