My final interview was scheduled for Nov 3 but it was later cancelled. Since then I have not received any update regarding its rescheduling. Should I wait for a new mail from the recruiter's side or can i book slots for interview using the provided link previously?

Also until yesterday my job title was showing as Application Lead but from today onwards it is showing as Custom Software Engineer. However, the ML remain same as 9. Is there any issue with job title change?

CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?

Anyone else having trouble focusing today? Every time I have a long break and come back to the office I’m reminded how much I don’t like my current job. ID Associate and I have such a hard time concentrating even after a week off. I find it mind-numbing and unfulfilling. I’m never excited to come to work anymore for the past few months now. Just found out from a legal recruiter that I’m also way underpaid here. Hopeful I’ll get a job in a diff area of law or find another calling altogether.
