However, I do have my appointment letter and salary slips from that company. Will this have any impact on the background verification process for tcs ?

I've read through every one of these threads and used the observations / advice I've seen here paired with my own research to get "into the game." It seems like Ripple, Monero, Gnosis, and Golem are the ones worth being in outside of the "big 3" (not MBB). I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? It’s been extremely stressful and harmful to my ptsd anxiety and depression.
