Anyone here struggle with drinking enough water every day? Growing up, I drank a lot of soda and fruit juices but since 2020, I’ve been trying to be one of those people who always has a water bottle. They say you drink some when you first wake up but I never have a taste for it and then never remember to start drinking until about noon.

Perrier has been helpful. I find it stimulating and grab it when I'm fidgety and distracted or about to settle into a tedious work task. There are flavored versions with no sugar.
Also keep a hydroflask or other large container of water on or near your desk to avoid the "out of sight - out of mind" problem.
I thought I was the only one. All my stuff expires because my wife puts everything out of sight because it bothers her OCD, but then due to me not seeing it, I won’t be using it and 6 months after when we do a full cleaning she complains why it expired I’m like well, blame your OCD. She’s working on controlling her urges tho 🤣🤣
Buy a yeti. I was just like you. A lot of sugary drinks. Yeti with ice. Life changer
I have the same problem, some days I only drink diet soda and no water
I literally spent years drinking just Diet Coke every single day, I still do to this day but I drink less now, Doctor told me not to 😳
Yes. I was never a soda person but I do love lemonades/rootbeer/sparkling water. Drinking water in the morning is really hard for me too so I have tea instead. Caffeine-free and no sugar, it's just herbs. For some reason my brain is ok with this and not water.
Keep water bottle bedside? This makes it easy, but I live in a dry climate and get thirsty at night
I second flavored water. A few drops of mio helps
I sooooo struggle with this. I would highly suggest getting a cup with a straw. It is scientifically proven that you drink more water when you have a cup with a straw. And I can also personally attest to this, it really does work. I recommend getting a 40 ounce stanley cup.
This really does work! I have the Stanley as well an if I have it with me, I dirnk all the water in it.
I have always struggled with this. SOmething that works for me is filling up my 40 ounce stanley cup and taking it everywhere with me. If I take it with me, then for whatever reason I do end up drinking it.
