Hi Folks,

I've got a job offer from a small IT company. But before releasing the offer letter, they want me to accept a terms and conditions form which has this 10th point as shown in picture. It states failing to join them will result in paying 2 months of salary that's around 130000 rs.

Is it for real? If I get a better offer somewhere else ane don't join them, will I really have to pay this to them? Please help friends. What should I do?

I faced issue related to joining, where my joining date was revised two times still the onboarding was not complete. Accenture

Scenarios like this leads the candidates to think that it's completely ok to have 2-3 offers in order to be safe.
