I got to speak with them and discuss about the role and then the HR linked myself with recruiter. But after a week, they did not scheduled any interviews and neither of them responding to my emails. I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
I probably should have choosen USI
