I’m currently interviewing with Cvent for a Product Manager role. I have 10+ years of experience and my current CTC is 35.4 LPA. I’d appreciate your inputs on what would be a reasonable expected CTC to ask for.

I would also like to understand more about the company, such as:

How is the overall work culture at Cvent? Work timings?

What kind of benefits does the company offer?

Is it mandatory to work from the office two days a week, or is there flexibility? Thanks

Do tech companies like FAANG hire strategy consultants? Starting at an MBB/T2 next year and curious if tech companies leverage consultants as much as other industries. Part of me wonders if they are in such high growth right now that consultants can’t add as much value, thus maybe a smaller presence. Thoughts?

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?
