How did you deal with bad impostor syndrome when applying for jobs even though you know you are more than qualified?

I am relocating to Charlotte NC November 30th and on the career hunt . I have experience in HR, hospitality, social work, customer service, and education. I’ll graduate with my Master of Social Work in May 2023. I’ve been applying to a few things but no luck. I’m open to trying new career fields and to hybrid, on-site , or remote work. Please point me in the direction of a great opportunity!

Hello Everyone. I have been promised an on-site opportunity to Europe in Feb 2022. My visa was also set to be processed but then the company stopped with this and started stating that it is pending for approval from client. It’s been more than 6 months now. Can I anybody help me? Why is there such a huge pay difference between IT and Mechanical/auto industries? Many people in IT are getting 3xx salary hikes, but here I am struggling to get more that 20-30% hikes. Sure the skills are much more demand in IT field, but the discrepancy is too much. Is it due to most of the work are outsourced to consultancy/service based companies by the OEM? Or is there simply too much candidates available?
